PFAFF® Warranty News!
For all of our PFAFF® Customers, we'd like to let you know that Jeremy Roberts, of Roberts Sewing Center, has offered to honor your machine warranty at his shop located at 2011 Weber Rd, Crest Hill, IL 60403. 

His family has been in business since 1930, and he's a third generation quilt shop owner and PFAFF® dealer. I've included a wonderful VIDEO that showcases his family's beautiful history in the quilt shop business.

We would be honored to provide warranty service on their machines, as long as they are properly pre-registered with Stitching on Sate listed as the dealer and still within the warranty period. 

While we don’t typically offer complimentary labor on machines purchased elsewhere, we would be glad to make an exception as part of supporting your customers through this transition.
