Are you curious about English Paper Piecing? Take a break from your sewing machine and
learn this hand piecing technique, which involves stabilizing fabric around a paper shape before
sewing the pieces together to create a design such as the classic Grandmothers Flower Garden
block. Learn all the ins and outs including, basting, needles, thread, sewing your shapes
together, removing the papers and sewing to your background fabric. The possibilities are
endless! See samples of various EPP shapes and how they fit together. Because it's done by
hand, it makes the perfect on the go project. Class project will focus on the hexagon shape;
pattern is included with class fee and will be handed out at sign up.
